This policy explains how Emily Ville Estate ("we", "us"), developed by Sammya, handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, phone number, the home you're interested in and any message. The website does not store these. When you send the form, your message opens in WhatsApp and reaches us only if you press send there.
• Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies.
• Campaign source: if you arrive from an advert link, the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source) are added to your enquiry message so we know which advert helped. They stay in your browser until then.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (see our cookie policy).

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange visits, and manage a sale if you decide to buy. Our legal basis is your consent and, once you proceed, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

Only people who need it to help you: our sales team, and our lawyers and agents during a sale. WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send through it under its own privacy policy. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a purchase are deleted within 24 months. Records of a sale are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email info@sammya_ng.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We will update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
